The Loranger Team is committed to both the industry and the community. Loranger Builders is a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland and has served on the Board of Directors at both the state and local levels.  They have been involved in supporting and contributing to events such as the Doernbecher Charity House, Habitat for Humanity “Blitz Build”, and HBA PAC House.  Claire Loranger is currently on the Board of Directors for Willamette West Habitat for Humanity.

To showcase their quality craftsmanship, Loranger Builders have built several homes in the Street of Dreams, Show of Homes, and Street of New Beginnings.  Ranking within the top 3 on exiting-poll surveys, these show homes are always of elegant yet practical design and quality construction.  Every show home is reflective of the materials and craftsmanship that is used in each client's home.

Most recently, the Loranger team has been proud the recipients of the Best of Show and Best Kitchen Awards for the 2004 Street of New Beginnings Home Show as well as being a 2004 Building Excellence Award Recipient, 2005 “Best of Competition” Building Excellence Award Recipient, and 2006 Remodeling Excellence Award Recipient.
